Let's be real - losing weight and being healthy isn't always easy, nor simple. It takes a lot of desire and commitment, and eating much less and moving much more than you are probably used to. I believe with all my heart that I cannot do it alone. I can only do it with God's help (or Higher Power, et al). I can only survive when I am loved and helped by others, and if I love and help in return.
